She will be the first person you speak with when you call the Glinert RE Group. Amy works diligently with our sellers to monitor all the Glinert RE Group listings. She coordinates with each agent in helping them present their offers to us. After acceptance, she coordinates with the escrow officer, lender, appraiser, title officer, buyer, seller, agents and inspectors. She coordinates buyers' and sellers' questions and concerns before, during and after the escrow process. She provides continuous tracking of contract deadlines and processes the compliance and disclosure paperwork. Amy consults with all of the Glinert Group team members on a daily basis in order to ensure a smooth and thorough transaction. |
